A little bit about Clayton...

Clayton is different. He has been told many, many times he is not like other Realtors. As one client put it, "He doesn't sell houses, he sells lifestyles. He's like Oprah!"

He began in Real Estate 14 years ago and wished he had began sooner. We can go into the numerous sales awards he has won but he chooses to focus on what he can do for you! With that said, he is consistently in the top couple of per cent of all agents in sales year after year.

Before he entered in to Real Estate Clayton owned and operated two very successful businesses which are still in operation today. He remains relatively 'hands off' and focuses on his passion, selling real estate. Clayton graduated in 1995 from the University of Victoria earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Psychology. He continued on at the UBC Sauder School of Business where he became licensed to sell.

Clayton has arguably the most patient wife (Kathy) and two beautiful and talented girls (Brooke and Madison). They were all born and raised in the Fraser Valley.

Clayton is very active in the local community. He is recognized for his time and money with Big Brother's and Sisters, Ishtar house (a safe haven for vitims of pysical and emotional abuse), and is the Langley Co-ordinator of the Realtor's Blanket Drive. You can also find him delivering Christmas hampers and pretty much anywhere that help is needed!

Clayton is a firm believer that this industry is still a 'Face to Face' business. He even offers a Comunication Guarante, as communication seems to be the #1 complaint of agents. He loves people and he loves his job. If you haven't met Clayton yet, he would sure like to meet you!
